When was the last time you took a nap? Sometimes when we hit a wall during the day a nap can rejuvenate you. Set a timer for 20 minutes and see how you feel after you wake up.

I used to hate napping. But while burning the candle at both ends, I learned that putting my head down on my desk for 15 minutes helped me to be able to get through the rest of my day. Setting an alarm is a must. I still don’t like napping but sometimes I just have to do it. And it always proves worthwhile.
