Investing Time To Save Time – Week 3 – Purse Organization
Is your purse a large hole that you put things into but can’t find again when you need them, like a bottomless pit? Then don’t put off that small investment of time to get it together. Purse organization is vital to most women. When you have everything at your fingertips, it saves time for what matters most, God, family, friends, FUN! So take some time this week to clean out that purse. In Investing Time – Week 2, we discussed what to put into your purse kit. Now let’s work on the rest.
Get a purse that fits YOUR personality. Mine has my planner as well as my emergency kit in it. This way, I have my schedule, important numbers, medical information on the whole family, to do list, menu, shopping list, business cards, coupons, and whatever else I need when I need it.
When you are at an appointment waiting to be seen, do you;
a. read one of their magazines;
b. look at their office things;
c. think of everything you could be doing with all the time you’re sitting there, or;
d. writing to a friend, client or family member?
If you said a., b., or c., then do you think you’re managing your time effectively? If you keep stamps, note cards and your family, friends, and important clients information with you at all times, you could be utilizing your precious time doing something that will make a difference in someone else’s life.
It is those relationships we nurture and grow that benefit everyone, whether in your business, family or social life. It’s often the little things you do that say a lot about who you are and show others that they matter in your life. What a positive role model! And what a good way to run your home or business.
Is there a book you haven’t had time to read? Make use of waiting in a doctor’s office or at another appointment to pull out the book and read. You are important and reading something for fun is a form of mind rest. Mind rest is a gift you can give yourself for better health.
