Hello and welcome to my Organizing Products Recommendations.
During one of the Decluttering challenges I facilitated in The Busy Woman Facebook group, I recommended (and continue to recommend) organizing products I use or think my members might like. Amazon does not allow me to share affiliate links in a closed or private Facebook group. So, I created this page.
This page is a work in progress. Please contact me with any questions. Now, onto the good stuff!
Let me share a story of the organizing products I love and use and how they came to be some of my favorites.

![]() The magic sliders were used underneath this box. I was at a trade show and walked by a State Farm booth. They had some promotional goodies. One of them was a rubber cord holder with a snap in the middle. I tried it with my phone cord and loved it.Jump ahead a couple of years. We were temporarily living in a tiny travel trailer while waiting for our home to be ready. With two of us working at the dining table, there were at least six cords or more we use on a regular basis. I was gifted a box with goodies inside and thought to myself, “Oh gosh, more stuff to get rid of.” Then it hit me that the box matched our trailer and I could use it for all the incidentals on the table. The box didn’t slide across the table well. So, I found magic sliders that coincidentally match the color of the box. They work perfectly underneath, allowing me to slide the box closer as needed. Then, while seeing all the cords all over the table and dealing with their tangled messes, I reached for the clear 3M Command Hooks I had. The second photo is what came of using the hooks. Next, I had one State Farm goody I used in my purse. It was rubber with a snap in the middle and used to keep my iPhone headphone from tangling. After careful consideration, I realized that I needed to try them for my other cords. After 3 weeks of researching items to keep cords in order and untangled, and looking for the rubber piece with a snap in the middle, I finally found the Made2Go snap-in cord. These are a godsend! So much so that I just ordered five packs; 3 packs of small ones and 2 packs of large ones. ![]() These are clear 3M Command Hooks. ![]() These are the Made2Go snap-in cord Organizers.
Previously, I was searching for Magazine Holders to hold magazines and my real estate file folders, papers, etc. I looked in local stores. The prices in the stores were anywhere from $14 to $21 for only ONE holder. I found these on Amazon and got 6 for less than $25. However, the price may have gone up or down by the time you read this. And the best part…Magazine holders are also a godsend for people living in their RV or camper! I filled two of them with labels and magazines. They hold up well. I also love that they have the label holder on what would normally be the back. I don’t want to see everything inside like the other more expensive ones that have the label holders on the opposite side. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that they come in different colors! (Note: I have no control over price changes or sale prices.)

In my hallway closet, I put purses I rotate through. I needed something to hold them up and this is what I purchased. In addition, I have plastic bins for my scarves, gloves, winter caps, and more in that same closet. Of course, I like to label those bins. Below you’ll find links to these three items.
Hi Phyllis, Did you ever see that the magazine holders came back in stock?
I’ve been looking for reasonably priced magazine holders for quite a while. Can you add the link please? Thank you :-)
Hi Terrie, The link is the image, but here it is again: https://amzn.to/2D8vu0i. Let me know if you have any questions. :D
That link goes to 2 for $17.97. I’ve been looking for some of these too.
Hi, I just checked and that 6 pack is sold out and they don’t know when they will get them back in stock. The cost is still great compared to the cost of others.
