What Is A Perfect Morning?

The Busy Woman website disclosure on thebusywoman.comWhat Is A Perfect Morning on thebusywoman.com

Perfect Morning

It is Your Day – Your Life. A perfect morning is what YOU need it to be in order to set the right tone for the day. What is most important to you? What is one thing you want to do on a daily basis that would make a big difference in your day, but you just cannot seem to find the time to do it? You get to decide what your perfect morning looks like.

In short, what good habit do you want to develop that would make a real impact on your life? Think about this for a moment. It could be in any area of your life from exercise and healthy eating to other self-improvement or getting ahead in business or at your job. It could be working on your relationship with your kids, finding time to be creative, or getting in the habit of reading. Take it one new habit at a time.

How To Get There

~ Check the plan you created the night before.
~ Sit quietly for just a few moments.
~ Visualize what your perfect day will look like for that specific day.
~ Map it out in your head.
~ Write it down in your planner or journal.
~ Finally, learn to step away from time wasters and follow the plan you mapped out the night before.

Once you have figured out what you want to work on, what you want to improve, and what is important to you, we will talk about how you can make it part of your morning routine. Sit back and imagine your perfect morning. It is a morning without stress. You are not rushing. Most importantly, it is a time to follow through with priorities that set you up for success.

Maybe it means having time for a long shower or going for a run before breakfast. Maybe it is having a few minutes to connect with your spouse or talk on the phone with your friend over coffee. How about carving out an hour first thing in the morning to work on something you have wanted to get to but have not had the time.

What Is Most Important?

While you have a lot of choices, the key is to start with what is most important to you and figure out how you could fit it into your morning routine. Remember, you are just dreaming and imagining at this point. We will work on how to make it work out later on. For now I simply want you to paint a clear picture of what your new morning could look like.

Work at and become very clear on the end result. Imagine it in as much detail as you possibly can. Write it down in a journal or on a piece of paper that you can refer back to as needed. In short, define your perfect morning.

Why is visualizing and writing it down so important? Because you cannot start to make meaningful changes until you know your purpose. You need to know your destination before you can start to pick a route and figure out how to get there. That is what today’s task is about. Figure out what your end result looks like. Do not stop until you know what it is and have it firmly pictured in your mind. Then, report here: The Busy Woman Facebook Group.

Until next time…

Cheers!
