How do I download what I purchased?
You can download the product(s) you purchased using the link given when completing your order. You can download as soon as your payment has been processed, which, for successful credit card transactions, is almost instantaneous.
If you’re computer crashes and you lose your download, let us know right away. Use your email address and we can reset your links. It is the same email address and password that you used when you placed your order.
What is the download format?
There are two different files offered at thebusywoman.com:
1. PDF files can be viewed and/or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. All purchased PDF Documents are compatible Windows or Mac computers.
2. MP3 Files can be downloaded and listened to using iTunes, Windows MP3 Player or any computer program that can playback an MP3 file.
Our downloads are delivered in Zip formats which “expand” into either PDF or MP3 files.
Computers running Windows XP and higher can open zipped folders on their own. Macintosh users can use the popular utility StuffIt Expander to uncompress Zip files.
If you are unable to unzip the file you will need one of the following:

For products delivered in PDF format, you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you don’t already have this program, you may download it free from Adobe.
Return policy
* There are NO returns on sale/discounted items.
* Normally websites do not take returns on downloadable products. If you have not downloaded the product we will refund your money less $ 0.99 for the merchant processing fees. This is only possible because we can see how many times you’ve downloaded the product.
Secure Online Ordering
We take great care in protecting your information through several encryption methods. You will not see the lock on the bottom of your screen or the https in the address bar until you get to the page requesting your credit card information. When you get to this page you’ll see the padlock at the lower right hand corner of your screen. And/or you’ll see https:// in the address bar.

Credit Card Orders
You may purchase at www.thebusywoman.com via our secure server. We require the cvv code on the card. It’s the last three digits on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The merchant processing center cannot process without this code as well as your address. Their software matches your credit card number, full address, and cvv code before processing. This is part of security measures.
Sometimes you’ll get a notice online stating that the card can not be processed. Or it will say something like invalid credit card number. This means that either there is a transposed number or you are using a corporate card that is not supported by our merchant services. (Note: This rarely happens, but if it does please email us at susie@thebusywoman.com)
If you give an incorrect billing address you also might get an error. Your billing name and address must match the address where your credit card bill is sent.
Check or Money Orders
We do not take checks or money orders. However, Paypal will allow you to enter your check information online if you so choose.
