Rough Month

We went into escrow. We fell out of escrow, all in two weeks. After a very long search, we found a house we thought we could call home. We drove and drove and spent a lot of time and money. Then, the unthinkable… inexperience (not on our part), and POOF! It was undone. At one point, we hope to find realtors who have experience and grace to handle a simple escrow. In the meantime, we were almost completely packed and ready to go.

So here we are. This is a crazy, mixed up world we’re living in. Not much is normal or what we used to call normal. And I think California is the craziest of them all!

On the Road to Patience

Maybe this is part of my road to patience and learning to wait on God. So I’ll proceed forward, unpack some of the boxes, join a local club, and register for school.

Have you ever felt like you are left waiting, wanting, not knowing what your next step should be? Many of us are finding ourselves in this state. We had a plan of action, but sometimes we can’t control our situations.

It’s not always best to tell someone, “God has better plans for you.” But at this point, this is all I can come up with for myself or anyone else.
