Grammarly Review – Instant Spelling and Grammar Checker

The Busy Woman website disclosure on thebusywoman.comGrammarly Review – Instant Spelling and Grammar Checker

Instant Grammar Check

DISCLOSURE: Before you get to the review, I’d like to share how I came to do a review for Grammarly. I signed up for their affiliate program because I sent so many people to their site via my “friend’s affiliate link.” After a couple of months I thought, “Hey! I could be making money from the love I have of the service.” Throughout this review are my affiliate links to Grammarly. I love and use the service. I tell others about it often. I may as well make a few dollars for sharing the love. Using these links does not make my opinion any different than if the links weren’t there.

I first learned of Grammarly Instant Spelling and Grammar Checker while working outside of the home, about five years or so ago. I didn’t want to pay the then, $9.99 a month to use it, but occasionally used the free, “check your text” segment. Each time I used it, I had to enter my email address so it would send me some of the corrections. However, it also would tell me that if I wanted to see the rest of the corrections, I had to sign up. I’m SO sorry I didn’t. I had no idea what it could do for me!

About a year ago, I went back to college. I met someone online who teaches college English and asked for help with my research paper. She recommended Grammarly. I still didn’t sign up. I paid for tutoring instead. The amount I paid for tutoring was more than the cost of two years of Grammarly’s Free Grammar Checker!

When I needed to help someone write an important paper, I finally paid, but only for one month. It turned out that I didn’t need help with THAT paper. So what did I do? I canceled my subscription. With all of that said, “I signed back up.”

Why? I do a lot of writing. I write for two of my blogs, and my college courses. For only $11.66 a month, I have a professional grammar checker.

Recently, I started tutoring at the local college. It’s nice to have somewhere to send the students when our time is up. I tutor in English and two other areas, so I’ve been recommending Grammarly to most of the students, and they have thanked me for it!

You know what else it does? It allows you to choose what type of paper you’re writing such as a literature review, business letter, and more. It proof reads each one differently based on what form of writing you choose and gives you appropriate feedback. It checks for plagiarism too!

Don’t take my word for it! Sign up for Free & Quick Proofreading from Grammarly! Correct all grammar errors and check for plagiarism – instant and free! If you like it, stay on and pay monthly. If you don’t, there’s NO obligation!

This Grammarly review is from my personal experience. I hope you found it useful. Let me know what YOU use it for!

Blessings and Peace,
